Regulate · convert · charge · harvest · negotiate USB-C — wearables to 100 V industrial rails
Six device families cover the full path from the battery or wall to the rails your SoC needs. Fixed and adjustable outputs, ultra-low quiescent current for always-on nodes, and automotive-qualified options where the application demands them.

LDO Linear Regulators
Ultra-low-IQ, low-noise and high-PSRR regulators in fixed and adjustable outputs — for clean, sensitive rails where a switcher’s ripple can’t be tolerated. Sub-families span always-on enable-input parts, very-high-input ultra-low-noise devices for RF and sensor supplies, dual-rail LDOs with a separate bias input, and high-VIN parts that run straight off 24–100 V rails.
Representative families: ET6331/6333 (ultra-low-IQ), ET5313/536/538 (ultra-low-noise), ET551/554 (dual-rail bias), ET5H/5H2/5H7 (high-VIN), ET5904/5917 (I²C PMIC LDO).

DC/DC Switching Regulators
Synchronous and asynchronous buck, boost and buck-boost converters with ACOT and FPWM control for fast transient response and high-load efficiency. Low-VIN parts serve battery nodes; mid-VIN parts handle 12–24 V rails; wide-VIN converters step down directly from 60–100 V industrial and automotive buses.
Representative families: ET8307 (0.6 A low-VIN), ET812/813/814 (2–4 A, to 17 V), ET8134 (m to 38 V), ET6500 / ET6500A (5–60 V, 100 V), ET8A100KE (10 A, 100 V), ET8010 (buck-boost), ET829 (5–60 V, 5–60 V).
Multi-rail LDO PMICs
I²C-programmable multi-channel LDO PMICs that collapse a cluster of discrete regulators into one part, plus DDR sink/source termination regulation. Independent enable and quick output-change let firmware sequence rails and change voltages on the fly.
Representative families: ET5904 (4-channel), ET5907 / ET5907 (7-channel, quick-change), ET5150 (dual 150 mA), ET51200 (DDR termination).
Li-battery Chargers
Linear and buck chargers with input OVP, protection and USB fast-charge logic — from tiny standalone linear parts that need no MCU to switched-capacitor direct chargers for high-current fast charge. OTG and USB-PD source/sink support included in the buck parts.
Representative families: ET9510 / ET9536 (high-accuracy linear), ET95152 (1.4 A with OVP), ET9560/1X ET95251 (3–5 A buck), DPF-OTG, PD-ET9567 (A switched-capacitor direct, I²C fast-charge).
Energy Harvesting
Boost+ buck harvester PMICs with maximum-power-point tracking and integrated battery management, for self-powered IoT and sensor nodes. Cold-start from a quarter-volt, fixed and adaptive MPPT, an extra linear charger, and a shipping mode that draws sub-microamp until first light. Options tuned for perovskite PV.
Representative families: ET95640 / ET95641 (fixed & adaptive MPPT), ET9504 (fixed-voltage), ET9PW64 / ET9PW65 (perovskite-optimized).

USB-C CC Logic & Power Delivery
Type-C CC-logic and Power Delivery sink/source controllers — from simple CC logic to a full PD3.2 sink including extended power range. TCPCI interface and BC1.2 legacy detection included.
Representative families: ET5309 (CC logic + pull), ET7038 / ET7034 (PD with TCPCI), ET3224A (PD3.2 sink, 140 W).
